    Outstanding In Orlando!!!

This is a very nice resort with a wonderful staff. The pool is gorgeous and it's a beautiful resort overall. The daily shuttle to Universal was very helpful and a great way to get there. Highly recommend this resort.

Its okay for the price and location

Small things that should be standard are missing and parents w kids let them run wild! Staff was nice enough but had clichéd answers that all meant no… sorry, not here, enjoy your stay! Vacation property in the area is way to go.

Too loud to actually get sleep.

It was too loud. The people above us were yelling, jumping and running and stomping. Called a noise complaint 3-4 times. It didn't change a thing. I could even hear snoring above me. I used ear plugs and a sound machine but the noise was louder than that. Don't stay here if you cannot sleep through running, jumping, yelling and stomping. The security that went to tell them about thw noise complaint did not help at all. I do not recommend this place.

    Clean rooms!

We had the best stay ever! So convenient to the them parks with transportation plus early bird admission. The cafe was really good we got the pizza the first night. The other two days we got Starbucks drinks and breakfast and headed out for our adventures. The gift shop had a great deal if you spend $300 you get a free Harry Potter wand. The rooms were tip top with great views from all around. I have nothing negative to say. Would definitely stay again or try another resort within.

    Safety not a priority

The hotel is the average economy hotel for the park. We love it offers 3 actual beds vs 1 or 2 with a sofa bed like the other park hotels. Unfortunately, we had several safety concerns with our room. First, the water handle completely fell off in the tub. It's quite heavy and if it hit a toe/foot probably would have broken it. Then, we had the outlet between the two queen beds at head level buzzing and very hot to touch. We contacted guest services at 1:44 pm. Again at 7:30 pm. Again at 9:00 pm. It finally took me telling them "my husband is a commercial electrician and we would like to not catch on fire in our sleep, please come fix this - it is serious" before someone showed up at 10:45 pm. Our engineer said he was going to come earlier but got diverted to other issues by the front desk. I feel that someone's room catching fire would be fairly serious and they should have handled it sooner. It took 9 hours and 3 contacts during which a staff member told us "well if you change your mind and want to sleep, just put a door hanger on the door and we will not disturb." Needless to say, fixing it at 10:45pm ruined our up early for theme park admission which is why we chose to stay here.
